AMC approves operational use of the Centerline Drogue System as first KC-46A Interim Capability Release milestone

SCOTT AIR FORCE BASE, Ill — Air Mobility Command commander Gen. Jacqueline Van Ovost approved the Centerline Drogue System mission set as the KC-46A Pegasus’s first Interim Capability Release to the joint force on DATE. This ICR decision provides more daily “taskable” operational capabilities to the joint team, increasing operational capability to tanker fleet requirements and increased tanker capacity.
