Welcome to Beale Air Force Base, home of the 9th Reconnaissance Wing (9 RW) and 940th Air Refueling Wing (940 ARW). Beale AFB is steeped in history, yet at the same time it soars in the forefront of the Air Force's future in Air Refueling and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance technology. As a new member of the Beale community we welcome you and at the same time thank you. We thank you for bringing your skill and knowledge and for helping to make Beale just a bit more valuable.

Active Duty Host Wing:

The 9th Reconnaissance Wing is Beale Air Force Base's active duty host wing. The 940th Air Refueling Wing is a tenant unit of the 9 RW.
