“El Diablo” rises from history

Reserve unit returns to refueling mission

The Air Force Reserve's 940th Wing here was officially redesignated as the 940th Air Refueling Wing today.  The wing will change from the C2ISR (command, control, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance) mission to the air refueling mission and fly KC-135 Stratotanker, which has provided aerial refueling capability for the United States Air
