Beale trains for two-ship tactical formation flying
A KC-135 Stratotanker from the 314th Air Refueling Squadron flies overhead on Feb. 11, 2017 at Beale Air Force Base, California during a unit training assembly. The aircraft took off immediately following another KC-135 as part of a routine training sortie involving a two-ship aircraft formation. Between the two planes, they refueled eight F-15 Eagles that day from the 173rd Fighter Wing out of Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base, Oregon. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Brenda Davis).
