940 ARW vice wing commander retires
BEALE AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Vice Wing Commander of the 940th Air Refueling Wing, Air Force Reservist Col. David L. Mitchell receives a certificate of retirement from 10th Air Force Commander Maj. Gen Robert E. Duignan during Colonel Mitchell's retirement ceremony Sept. 13, 2008. Col. Mitchell retired from the Air Force Reserves after 35 years of honorable service.
