940th ARW relay race team sets the pace

BEALE AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- The 940th Air Refueling Wing relay race team placed a respectable fifth place in this year's event Oct. 22, 2008. The team has taken first in past events, but this was the first year for this team running together. The Recce Challenge Adventure Series, sponsored by the 9th Reconnaissance Wing Services Squadron, consisted of a road and trail portion for a 10K race run in relays. Pictured from the left are: Lt.
