Elves are in the attic at Beale AFB
BEALE AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Airmens Attic manager, Carolyn Amundson, takes a break from her duties and shares a laugh with volunteer Airmen here. Ms. Amundson took a once obscure resource center and has doubled its size, and also increased product offerings, to include food and furniture. The Airmens Attic is open to active duty, Guard and Reserve Airmen E-7 and below, as well as junior officers O-3 and below. The Airmens Attic hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. and the last Saturday of the month from 10 a.m. to noon.
