BEALE AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Command Chief of the 940th Air Refueling Wing, Air Force Reservist Jason Henderson addresses Citizen Warriors of the 940th ARW at the Air Force Reserve Noncommissioned Officer Leadership Development Course graduation ceremony here Dec. 12, 2008. The two week course taught 940th NCOs important leadership and communication skills through class room instruction and various role play scenarios.
