Fairwell to Beale's KC-135s

Leadership and aircraft maintainers from the Air Force Reserve's 940th Air Refueling Wing salute one of the last two KC-135 Stratotankers assigned to Beale Air Force Base, Calif., as the jets depart for their new home with the 916th ARW, Seymour Johnson AFB, N.C. during a ceremony May 3, 2008. The 940th is changing to emerging command and control missions, including the unmanned RQ-4 Global Hawk, as directed by the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure Commission.
