NCOs developed as leaders

Air Force Reservists from the 940th Air Refueling Wing graduated from the Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Development Program Dec. 14, 2007 at Beale Air Force Base, Calif. The 10-day course provided the NCOs the tools necessary to develop them as successful leaders and supervisors, according to Master Sgt.
