Little Rock daughter is NCO of the Year
Air Force Reservist Tech. Sgt. Barbara Baskins Mateus was selected as the 940th Air Refueling Wing Noncommissioned Officer of the Year for 2007. Sergeant Mateus is a services specialist with the 940th Services Flight. She also started her third year serving on active duty with the 9th Reconnaissance Wing Security Forces Squadron as an augmentee. She continues to perform her Reserve duties with the 940th.
