940th Wing Graduates Prepared to Lead
Twelve 940th Wing Reservists are the most recent graduates of the NonCommissioned Officer Leadership Development Program. The two-week course, designed to prepare NCOs for increased leadership responsibilities, is mandatory for Reservists to be eligible for promotion to Master Sergeant. The March 5, 2010, graduating class includes Master Sgt. Keith Ashby, Staff Sgt. David Cole, Staff Sgt. Scott Dozier, Airman 1st Class Kemberly Flores, Staff Sgt. Stephen Gennuso, Staff Sgt. Edward Jacobs, Staff Sgt. Jonathan Kouri, Staff Sgt. Robert Martell, Tech. Sgt. Mark Mateo, Staff Sgt.
