BEALE AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. –
Air Force Reserve Command announced Dec. 21 that a 940th Air Refueling Wing Reservist here was selected for promotion to colonel.
Lt. Col. Gregory Steuer, 940th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron commander, was selected for promotion during fiscal year 2007.
"This is another great effort from an individual to go on to bigger and better things," said Col. David Mitchell, 940 ARW vice commander. "Congratulations on a job well done."
Colonel Steuer, formerly the 940th Maintenance Group deputy commander, assumed command of the 940 AMXS in June. The colonel has been with the wing since December 1985.
