Air Force Reservist Lt. Col. Michael Murphy, 940th Air Refueling Wing chaplain, judges the best display for the wing's annual holiday food drive Dec. 2, 2006. Units have the opportunity to win a trophy and bragging rights for the best display. The 940th Maintenance Operations Flight has won the event for the past three years running.
