Djoko Soejoto receive the American flag from a member of the Beale AFB Honor Guard during his retirement ceremony here, Jan. 10, 2009. Lt. Col Soejoto retired from the Air Force Reserve after 31 years of honorable service. All members of the U.S. armed forces, which include Guard and Reserve, are entitled to a retirement flag.
