BEALE AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. –
940th Wing Citizen Airmen and their guests gather to share a meal and camaraderie at the 940th Wing's Dining Out event, Oct. 2 at the Recce Point Club. The guest speaker was retired Col. John Higginson, former 940th Mission Support Group Commander. The event was sponsored by the 940th Wing Top Three Council.
