Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs, Paul Patrick, and OASD Deputy Director of Intelligence and Information Operations, Capt. Bernie Upchurch, are briefed on the capabilities of the Global Hawk by a 13th Reconnaissance pilot during their visit to Beale Air Force Base, Calif., Mar. 9, 2011. Patrick, Upchurch, and Col.
