BEALE AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. – The 940th Security Forces Squadron held heavy weapons training for upcoming deployers during the December Unit Training Assembly, here. The heavy weapons training covered the use, maintenance and troubleshooting of the M240 and M249 machine guns.

The highly motivated, well-trained and well-equipped 940th Security Forces Squadron protects vital personnel, resources and weapons systems. The squadron establishes initial force protection and mission support for operations throughout the warfare spectrum.
