AFRC Chaplain visits the 940th Wing

The 940th Wing, Beale Air Force Base Calif., welcomed Colonel Gary Califf, Deputy Command Chaplain  and Senior Master Sergeant Darmel Richardson, Functional Manager, Air Force Reserve Command, to the wing Dec. 1.

During thier visit Col. Califf and Sergeant Richardson toured the 13th Reconnaissance Squadron and were able to meet some of the maintainers assigned to the Global Hawk remotely piloted aircraft.

The 940th Wing is the Air Force Reserve Command's leading provider of command and control, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance and home to the Global Hawk remotely piloted aircraft. The men and women of the 940th Wing have participated in numerous humanitarian missions across the globe and have made significant contributions to U.S. operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya.
