Change of Command
Col. Joseph Orcutt, 940th Maintenance Group Commander, passes the 940th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron guidon to Lt. Col. John Nuebecker as he takes command of the unit at a change of command ceremony here Oct. 14. Nuebecker relinquished command of the 940th Maintenance Squadron minutes before taking command of AMXS.
