940th Air Refueling Wing re-designation ceremony
BEALE AIR FORCE BASE, Cailf. --
Air Force Reserve Command's 940th Air Refueling Wing will celebrate a milestone in their 46-year history with a re-designation ceremony July 11, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at Dock 6.
Maj. Gen. Frank J. Padilla, 10th Air Force commander, will be the presiding official. The ceremony will feature troops in formation next to an RQ-4 Global Hawk. The 940th ARW will re-designate to the 940th Wing.
